● Donations are non-refundable once processed.
● Refunds will only be considered if a donation was made in error (e.g. duplicate payment or incorrect amount).
● Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the donation date.
● Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Events (Tickets & Registrations)
● If The Family Co. cancels or significantly changes an event, a full refund or credit will be offered.
● Refund requests must be made in writing before the event and are assessed case by case.
● No refunds are provided for non-attendance without notice.

● Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
● Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed.
